Volume level at Start is 100% Warning Hearing!

Hello dear Steinberg Forum!
When i start Cubase 10 Pro the Volume level on my Mac will 100% Average! (Apple Built-in Line Output)
i down level from 100% to 20% and working, when i close DAW the Volume will up 100% Average! (Apple Built-in Line Output)
Tell me please the answer!

Preferences/Audio Device control Panel/CoreAudio Device Settings/

Uncheck the Set Device Attenuation To 0 db option

For Cubase 10 Pro: Studio/Studio Setup/Build-in Audio/Control Panel/Option - (Uncheck) Set Device Attenuation To 0 db.
