VST always on top

Is it possible to have a VST (in my case, Pianoteq Stage 6) always on top?

I’m afraid not. Because the audio engine is a completely separate process to Dorico itself, and the VST instrument windows are owned by the audio engine, we can’t control the Z-order of windows belonging to two separate processes.
