i have the cubase AI-version which does not include the VST AMP Rack.
is there any way to integrate it into cubase AI?

No, it is not possible, the AI version is of course limited compared to the payed editions, you would need to upgrade to Elements.
But tbh, I wouldn’t recommend that just for Amp Rack, there are several free - and often better sounding - alternatives available as VST plugin which you could try, like Blue Cat Free Amps, Guitar Rig Player and many others.
