Vst chord pad triggering on wrong midi channel

hey all,

I have an issue where when I use chord pad mode on a vst. It is triggered by a specific keyboard in my studio triggering on midi channel 5 input. Works fine until I put it in chord pad mode then it triggers correctly on midi channel 5 in my project, but also triggers other gear set on other midi input channels. YouTube Video link added

Now I getting a “This Video is Private” message. In YouTube, set the visibility to “Unlisted”, if you don’t want it to be Public.

How your configuration is all tied together isn’t completely clear from the video, but I can say this for sure: if you have Monitor (or Record) enabled for a track or multiple tracks, the Chord Pad will trigger all of them, regardless of whether or not they’re muted.

As @XLColdJ has mentioned, the Chord Track and Pads will either trigger all tracks set to monitor or one specific track. You don’t have the flexibility of only having some of the tracks follow the Chord Track like you can in Studio One.
