VST connect broken

I’m trying to use VST connect SE for the first time.

However, when I try to enter my steinberg details to log in and then click the tick icon, the application crashes immediately and closes, every time.

Is this a known issue for everyone? My friend said this also happens to him (using cubase 10)

Is there a way to fix this or a way around it?

OSX 10.13.6 (High Sierra)
2.5 GHz Intel Core i5
8 GB 1600 MHz DDR3

Nuendo 10.2.10 (buid 31)

Probs best to provide system specs and upload your crash log so it can be looked into. Also make sure you have the latest version installed and no issue with a version conflict as per this topic

I’ve just edited my post to include these things. Thanks for pointing that out.

Couldn’t attach a txt file directly for some reason so I used a file host.

Hi again. Thanks for your attention to this thread.

I didn’t realise there was an update for VST connect SE until just now, i assumed updates were for pro only. I just installed v4.0.40 and it has fixed the crashing problem.

Still strange how the default version crashes nuendo, but alas, it’s ok now.
