create new empty project.
click on VST Cloud to open VST connect= nothing, tab shows blue on click but no menu pops up
Have a look if the file “vstconnect.dll” is present in this folder (on PC):
C:\Program Files\Steinberg\Cubase 12\Components

I got no idea what’s going on.
You can try to post your issue at the VST Connect forum. Don’t forget to state whether you’re using SE or the full version of Connect, on which platform (PC/Mac) and a screenshot of your menu or dialog.
