latest Cubase 12 Pro and VST connect SE/Pro 5 updated from download manager.
create new empty project.
click on VST Cloud to open VST connect= nothing, tab shows blue on click but no menu pops up
VSTconnect.dll present in folder

that is really strange. Are you sure you have installed the latest Cubase version, 12.0.52? And I’ve just realized that the SDA installer of VST Connect 5.5.41 will not automatically start when you just press “Download”. You need to press “Open” and start the installer manually. After a successfull installation you should have the following components installed
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Steinberg\Shared Components\VST Connect.dll
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Steinberg\Shared Components\vstconnect.dll

after re-installing VST Connect i have now both .dll’s in the right locations:
but i still don’t get a pull down menu on the VST Cloud tab!
… can you please send me a screenshot of your Steinberg Activation Manager licenses. Something really strange must going on. Thank you,

after deleting the default preferences everything worked again.
