you should be able to generate a dump file using the Microsoft ProcDump utility

(best to start a new thread - your problem isn’t “4.0.43 disaster” !!)

C:/Users/Documents/Steinberg/CrashDumps

thanks for your answer.
It does not create a dump file each time when it´s crached, but i found one from last week. (dump file attached below)
In application event log i can see each time after the crash an application error and the Windows Error Reporting:
Pfad der fehlerhaften Anwendung: C:\Program Files\Steinberg\Cubase 10.5\Cubase10.5.exe
Pfad des fehlerhaften Moduls: C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\ntdll.dll
(sorry, it´s a german OS)
