VST Connect Pro-No "Monitoring" section available?

I have had a consistent problem with VST Connect-and that is that my “Monitoring” section of the GUI-on my end is not highlightable. Of course this means a significant loss of control durning a session, especially as far as being able to access my performer’s interface, etc. Right now it’s my only significant issue with this software.

I teach with this feature every week with an older session. But I recently opened a brand new session that was empty and experienced the same issue. No access to the “monitoring” section of my GUI. See attached screenshots.

I am using the most current build of both Cubase Pro 8.5 and VST Connect Pro. I am using a Mac with Sierra 10.12.1
16 GB 1600 MHz DDR3
I have a direct connection TWC at:
27 ms
328.13 Mbps
23.40 Mbp

My client also has a hard wired connection. I had the same problems consistently even with older Mac OS.

This problem should be fixed, can you confirm?
