I’m new in cubase10.5 , I try setup vst connect se and test with the other side iPad vst connect performer, Both can talk over on mic, but the host audio no sound out from control room, audio connect in control room talkback use tascam input 1, Monitor set to tascam out 1 and 2.

did you set this up using the Create VST Connect SE wizard ?
sounds like a config issue on the cue sends in the control room ? (maybe missing a plugin or something not enabled?)
