Hello everybody,
I’ve bought this year a UR 22 MKii as my first audio interface.
Have used it twice last month (September) with the only issue being that, accidentally, I didn’t select the driver when opening Cubase for the first time after installation, having to uninstall and do it again.
Since I’m graduating I didn’t have much time to explore it more than that. However, today (October 29) I’ve decided to do some recordings with my piano keyboard using input 2 instead of the MIDI entries. So far I had only connected an electric guitar to the interface and it worked fine, but when I opened Cubase this time it wouldn’t recognize UR 22 MKii as an entry option. I’ve tried to connect the guitar to see if it was a problem with the keyboards but nothing changed.
When I go on Device Manager it says steinberg’s driver is working fine, but also that “USB\VID_0424&PID_2422\6&240d5696&0&3” file wasn’t installed or something like that. Also I can hear the instruments on my headphone, so I’m thinking this may be a problem with Cubase.
Any ideas?
Thank you.
