VST FX user interfaces off screen?

Ok, I am getting this all the time.

It is happening with vst plugs. Resizing the screen does not fix it.

I am running a dual screen setup with Nuendo 5.53 64 bit.

This is extremely annoying, Nuendo is the only program that behaves like this.

Any ideas?
