Vst instruments missing

Hi

I have reinstalled my windows 10 and then downloaded and reinstalled Cubase 8 le elements again
Installation and activation went good but when i start Cubase i the only vst instrument i have is Prologue
HALion Sonic SE and Groove Agent SE 4 i missing.

Did you reinstal your Cubase from the ISO image (the full installer), please?
