Once again… is there any timeframe on when the DMX automation tools, DMX channel colours & DMX channel names will be ready? I’ve been waiting several months now to use VST Live. Without the ability to program a light show, your software is still unusable. I’m puzzled as to why you aren’t considering this the most important element to add in your updates! And I’m getting tired of asking the same old questions over & over again every time a new update is released… I’d really like to start using VST Live, but without these additions, I can’t.
Thank you. The vital component is the line tool, giving us the ability to draw fade ins & fade outs, just like the Cubase automation line tool. This way, we can fade lighting fixtures up or down, plus control the fixtures’ motors, for instance the horizontal & vertical movement of a moving head. That is literally ALL I need to be able to start using VST Live. Colouring & naming the DMX tracks isn’t vital at the moment, I can manage until they’re added later. But if you could add the ability to draw automation in the DMX editor’s tracks in the same way you can in Cubase’s automation tracks, VST Live would be amazing! I’m looking forward to eventually being able to use it…
