… all crash logs report a drag event that crashed the application. Do you have any idea what might have happened?

Updated after a long time on a stable version to 30.0.42.

I´ve seen that lyrics can be written columns. When you implemented this? Not found in the changelog :slight_smile:

Or is it a coincidence? Because it works not on the whole “timeline”

I once had „multicolumnlyrics“ in my project and noticed that there were multiple Lyrics Tracks in the Song. That was by accident and I changed it to one Track again … if that was your question.

If you have two lyric events at the same position in time, they will be displayed in separate columns.

@Spork run 3.0.42 on my system but have several problems:

Lyrics (moving):

  • I´m in the lyrics windows and want to drag a textblock from 38.1.1.000 to 37.1.1.000
  • I click on my mouse and pull it to 37.1.1.000 so that the green insert line is there
  • Then i release the mouse button
  • Instead of position the block on 37.1.1.000 it is postioned at 37.1.4.000
  • When i move it again, it is positioned at 37.1.1.000

Lyrics (active block not correct displayed)

  • the active block (green is not displayed on the correct time)

Lyrics (copy):

  • I copy a text block with CMD+C and move the cursor to the insert position
  • it´s inserted somewhere but not on the position where the cursor is

Playback (Tracks window, Lyrics windows)

  • when I press play as example on bar 47
  • it takes round about 1 bar until I hear audio
  • the audio is not delayed 1 bar, i mean i hear the audio material beyond bar 48

Chord (duplicate)

  • copy a chord track in the “Tracks window” (duplicate)
  • open the duplicate an transposed the chord track
  • the original chord track is also transposed :frowning:

Chord (inputs)

  • I like the method to type in the chords with the keyboard
  • works fine but not with the G-button in the chord view

The sync problem with lyrics should be fixed in the forthcoming Pre-Release later this Friday.

I want to move the “-” to the right side.

Wow! Undocumented? Tested with 10 events at the same position to create 10 columns and it works. Nice! Sure I have only couple songs where 2 columns needed, but it’s good that we have this feature for more columns.

I guess, pull that Lyrics track upwards, no?

Sometimes i had success when i move the left block on the right or vice versa.

But it does not work reliable. On some blocks it changes nothing. Or it overwrites the left/right block with the content of the other block when I release the mouse button over it.
