I’m using a Focusrite Scarlett 18i20 audio interface and recently upgraded to Focusrite Control 2. I have a headphone send going from VST Live to channels 7 & 8 (which is the headphone output of the Focusrite. I no longer have control of the volume from VST’s Monitors for these channels. I have a signal going to the monitors, but it doesn’t matter what I do to the faders it does not change the volume going to the headphones (prefader or post fader). The fader on the main mixer works as it should.
To add some additional information to the post. I uninstalled Focusrite Control 2 interface and drivers and reinstalled Focusrite Control, which I have been using for years. The issues with VST Live is still there. So I uninstalled VST Live and reverted back to v3.0.30 and tested with no issues.
I uninstalled VST Live and Focusrite drivers and Control 2 restarted system and did a complete reinstall of both systems. Everything works as it should now. This ticket can be closed
