I just purchased Vst Live but I cannot activate it. No licence in Steinberg activation manager and when I try to sign in the server doesn’t respond. Any solution please?

I went in safe mode and run first aid for Macintosh HD, after that VST live worked fine. But now I have a problem with Cubase & Dorico licences. I reached the limit and cannot deactivate because I have no access to older computers.
