VST Live Part Switching via Yamaha MODX Scene Switch

Hi, I use the Yamaha MODX on stage. I want to switch between different parts in VST Live using the MODX’s scene switch function.
The problem is that the MODX outputs the following values ​​when switching scenes:
Scene 1: CCxx – Value: 00
Scene 2: CCxx – Value: 16
Scene 3: CCxx – Value: 32
Scene 4: CCxx – Value: 48
etc.
These values ​​are fixed and cannot be changed.

It would be fantastic if it were possible to get the following values ​​in VST Live:
Scene 1: CCxx – Value: 00 – Part 1
Scene 2: CCxx – Value: 16 – Part 2
Scene 3: CCxx – Value: 32 – Part 3
Scene 4: CCxx – Value: 48 – Part 4
etc.
Is there a solution for this?
I tried using the Layer Input Transformer, but unfortunately without success.

Use the MODX in remote mode and use MIDI learns for the parameters you need. I use Montage and I do it this way without any problems!
