Yes, VST Live tried to load the plugin. That means that it asks the macOS to load the binary. There it fails with a crash. I am sorry we cannot do anything. You need to contact UAD and report them that v11.7.0 will fail to load as a VST3 plug-in. Give them the Crash log, too.
… Logic will load the AU-Plug-In. And I guess the other two hosts will load the AU Plug-Ins, too.
