VST live stereo output

Hello
I’m new with VST Live (and the forum) and trying to define connections. I have a stereo track that naturally requires a stereo output, but the definition panel only gives the option to select two channels in sequence. For example 5+6 or 15+16, but I’m hoping to find a way to choose 5+16. Background reason is the way I want to arrange the channels and controls on my mixer.

I’m used to Cubase that allows me to select any combination of channels, so this should not be impossible  Maybe I’ve missed something?

Thanks in advance!

Currently you can do it by some trick, using sends, panned outputs, and mono ch connections.

Btw usually mixers also just supports STEREO with following channels starting with odd (1&2, 3&4) some can handle starts with even numbers but haven’t seen mixer that can stereo link any arbitrary channels on the mixing desk

So again, you can trick this from VL, but would kindly suggest not to do such
