VST Neo Soul Keys not opening in Cubase 10 Pro

Hi, I recently installed Cubase 10 Pro and my licensed VST Neo Soul Keys will not open. It shows in the plugin managers instrument tab and it is not on the blacklist but when you try to assign it to a track it will open the track but the instrument doesn’t open up. I’m running Cubase 10 Pro 64bit on a PC with Windows 10 Pro 64bit loaded, A lot of my other VST plugins by other companies work fine but the one I bought from Steinberg is not working in Steinberg. Go figure :laughing: .

Anyone have an idea how I can resolve this?

Do you mean the GUI of the plug-in doesn’t show up? Do you see at least the general plug-in frame? Do you use HiDPI screen?
