I have recently updated to Cubase 12 but it hasn’t retained any of the folders I had carefully organized my plugins into in v11- is there a way of migrating the folders and their contents across?

In the Cubase Preferences Directory there is a file called PluginManager.xml which contains your plugin manager collections, you can just copy that from the old version folder to the new one (imho it should have done that automatically when starting C12 for the first time, but things can go wrong)
