At one point I had the vst quick controls working where I could send midi controller messages to my vst instrument which would change the pages (located under the instrument name in rack) to I could access different banks of 8. Now it only changes the midi channel so all I am able to do is change to different programs (channels) Ughh, why is this such a pain???
I try to find out this exact question, I also have another thread running related to this.
Do you happen to know to what command the CC was tied to change the QC pages?
