VST Sound Instrument Set Not Showing up In Media Library

Hello my friends:
I purchased a total of 5 VST Sound Instrument Set but after installing them, I noticed two are missing from the Library Manager.

These are the 5:
Sounds of Soul - VST Sound Instrument Set
Vintage Classics - VST Sound Instrument Set
Analog House - VST Sound Instrument Set
Future Bass - VST Sound Instrument Set
Imaginear - VST Sound Instrument Set

These 3 are available in the Media Library:
Analog House - VST Sound Instrument Set
Future Bass - VST Sound Instrument Set
Imaginear - VST Sound Instrument Set

But these two are missing:
Sounds of Soul - VST Sound Instrument Set
Vintage Classics - VST Sound Instrument Set

My question is, are they supposed to show up, and if not, then how do I know they are even installed?

I chatted with a support Rep and he said they are not showing up because they are too old.

Is this accurate and are they not supposed to be there?

I think that’s correct. I don’t see them listed in Library Manager either.

Unfortunately, I am not seeing it. I have both Cubase 10.5 and Cubase 11 and nothing shows up.

Did you already double click them in the windows explorer?

Sorry not following.
I just ran both installers, restarted and nothing is there, repeated the process many times.
Which window are your referring to?

I found the presets in %appdata% folder.

Did you try to rescan the media bay? Maybe trash the preferences?

I see the presets there as well but I cannot find a scan button or there is no option to scan when I click or right click on folders.

Take a look at this article:

I would delete or temporarily move to different locations files related to media bay. They should be re-created next time you run Cubase. And hopefully force the media bay to rescan.

So I spoke to Steinberg Support and shared this thread with them.
They explained that the installers are corrupted and will investigate and get back to me today.

I will post any possible solutions here.
