VST Sound Loop Set Question

Hello,

I just bought few of the VST Sound Loop Set (Platinum Guitars, Electronic etc).
is there a way to use them without Sequel? if so how?
can somebody please explain?..(I do own the Halion Sonic 2).

please excuse me for the dumb question, due I use the Cubase for years now I dont have
any knowledge about sounds loop sets usage…

Should be in your media bay double click on the sounds you want to add to your project.
