VST Viewer usage

Hi.
Can anyone help me to find a tutorial/manual for using the new Viewer “Module”
E.g. my VIEWS menu does not contain a “modules” menu item (Version 1.1.10.629).
The download manager tells me its installed and activated.

… the VST Modules are only supported with VST Live Pro. Are you running VST Live Pro?

That means, that usage of an absolute basic essential feature (“display a PDF file per song”) that was provided with “is in the making” in August will now force me to pay another fee ?
