vst window unreachable

Hi Friends,

I’m having an awful problem. When I click on “Edit Instrument” button my VST window pops up in a place that is unreachable, off screen. I cannot drag it down onto the screen as I must grab the top bar and that is entirely off screen. Is there a default setting for where the VST window pops up?

Could this be in Windows 7? Or perhaps my onboard video card? …Very confusing. It renders Cubase unusable.

Whew! Found a utility called “Sheepdog” that seems to do it.
