.vst3 Plugin not found

This maybe a dump question, but I just can’t figure it out:

I downloaded Plugins from Analog Obsession, which are plain .vst3 files. Now I put them into the folder where all my other Plugins (.dll) Files are, but Cubase is not finding them.

The folder is on Windows 10 64bit: C:/ProgramFiles/VST-Plugins

What am I overlooking?

The VST3 plugins are usually located in the folder
C: \ Program Files \ Common Files \ VST3
