VSTi - No sound from Output 1/2

Hi, I’ve been having a strange problem since updating to Cubase 10.5.12. The ‘main’ output of any rack VSTi I have loaded doesn’t produce any sound in Cubase. The other outputs all work fine, and when you go into the VSTi itself, it seems to be generating sound on that channel no problem… It’s left me really baffled and I’m wondering if it’s a new bug.

Has anyone else had this issue at all?

Hi,

What Audio Device do you use? Do you have the latest ASIO driver installed, please? Could you try to increase the Buffer Size, please?

In this instance I was using the Steinberg Generic Low Latency driver with the onboard laptop sound in this situation, when at home I usually use the Steinberg UR824. I’ve never had this problem before…

Do I understand you right it doesn’t work even while using UR824? Could you double-check the routing, please?

In which Cubase version were these projects created originally, please? Could you share one is the project (or at least a snipped of it) here, please?
