VSTi preset in inspector not displaying

When selecting a VST instrument preset in the inspector the preset name is not displaying, everything else is fine, am I missing something?

Also preset names are not displaying in Midi Device Control Panels and Inspector. Everything else is fine here too.
Is this due to the same glitch ? Or am I doing something wrong ? (Worked fine in 5.1.)
