VST's won't load into CB 8 Elements

I have no idea why my Halien Sonic and my Groove Agent stopped loading. I also get an error message that says my VST bridge connection lost. HELP!

Which cubase Version? Seems you’re using the 64 Bit cubase and 32 Bit Groove Agent version. Otherwise the VST Bridge isn’t active.
