Vstscanner: illegal usage

I currently am running both Cubase 13 and 14 on iMac. However I keep getting this pop up or error message when opening the Mac. Cann anyone help me understand what’s wrong or how to resolve it.

hi, go to system settings > general > login items and remove anything related to cubase or terminal. that should stop the terminal window with the vstscanner error from popping up on startup.

Thanks but after removing anything remotely connected to Cubase or VST Co’s, the pop up still comes up. Here’s what the list of log in’s look like now,

Use Disk Utility to run First Aid and fix any disk issues. After that, make sure Cubase has the right permissions by right-clicking it in Finder, choosing Get Info, and checking read/write access.
Open cubase, go to preferences > VST > plug-in Manager, and check your Vst paths. You might also want to clear the plugin cache by deleting cache files in your plugin folders.
Try resetting preferences by holding ctrl +shift + alt when opening cubase.
Check Console for any specific cubase errors.
Make sure macOS is up to date in system preferences > software update.
If you’re running both cubase 13 and 14, uninstall one to see if the problem stops.
If nothing works, try reinstalling one version of cubase after uninstalling both.
