Hallo,
I just installed wavelab 9 after super long time using version 7 almost everyday.
I use wavelab a lot for the batch processing, where I wrote my own processes. I could import them and run them in 9 without problems and was immediately impressed by how much faster 9 seems to run the same process.
In particular resampling from 96 to 44/48.
On 7 with the super high quality very slow mode it was quite slow, it seems to be like 10x faster in 9. I checked and the settings seem the same.
So my question is simple : is it normal ? Is 9 that much faster than 7 ?
