I just purchased C15 Pro as an upgrade from C12 Pro. My question is, how long can I wait till I download and install??. I’m still in the process of moving up to Win11 from Win10. I really would like to wait till I get my system sorted first.

You can wait, no problem. Be sure to keep the Download Access Code which you got via Mail in a safe place, this is essentially your voucher for activating Cubase. As soon as you enter the Download Access code in the Download Manager, it counts as activated and is registered to your Steinberg Account.
Thanks, that’s exactly what I needed to know. I’ve got it safe in a folder and printed out. Not sure when I’ll get it activated, but i look forward to the experience leap from C12 Pro! 
If you are really patient, you could wait until next November when Steinberg (usually) will most likely release C16, and then enter the Access Code, then you’ll get the C16 upgrade for free
