I’ve used the warp tool, available by right clicking and choosing it many times, in the manner I am now trying - starting a project, importing a video file and then, choosing the tool and dragging the bar line to the desired downbeat. But as I just proceeded thus, now trying to drag results in no movement. snap is not on. And if I go to other projects where I had already used the tool and mapped the measure, it likewise won’t move anything.
