You can’t buy it unless you get it used from someone who wants to sell with a usb licenser. Even then if the licensee breaks that’s the end as you can’t transfer to another one. The only version you can buy from steinberg is the current version which is 13.
And is there anyone here who has a wavelab 8 or wavelab elements 8 with a physical usb key for sale? Thank you for the offers.
You could try Knobcloud, an online marketplace for licenses.
