Hi If I own wavelab 12 can I get the upgrade price at 9.99 or do I have to buy the full version at 34.99? It says upograde from wavelab 11.2 le. Is wavelab cast just a lighter version of wavelab 12, that I already own?

yes, much lighter. If you already have WaveLab Pro 12, no reason to get WaveLab Cast.
