Waveform display - minimal zoom question

Hi, I hope there is some explanation I did not find yet. I had got some stems in 48/32bit float format. I created empty Project with properties 48/24 (as usual), import tracks. Everything seems to be OK except waveform display in Audio Events where the peaks were missing in certain parts (usually drums) - it looked like clipped audio. Because of it did not play distorted and I know the benefits of 32bit float, I just lovered the Audio Event volume by approx. 4dB and the waveform diaplay was OK (I am not able to zoom out more inside the event`s content height since I have the Zoom slider in upper-right corner fully down.

So I suppose the lowest zoom factor for the waveform display can cover the content with 0dBFS peak maximum - correct?

Which windows are you talking about, please? Do you mean the Project window, or the Sample Editor?

Could you attach a screenshot, please?

Hi Martin, I think no screenshot needed at this stage, but I am primarily talking about Project window and Audio event there. But the same behaviour (i.e. clipped waveforms) is in Sampler window.

Anyway if needed I will attach the picture ASAP.
