Wavelab 11.1 crashes during splash screen

mac mini 2018, 6 core i7, 64GB RAM
fireface ufx+

I see the splash screen for about a second then it poofs into the void.

Hi!

Try without Fireface UFX+ just to see if Built-in Audio works
and try update Fireface drivers and perhaps delete preferences !?
someone else ?

Unfortunately it does not do the trick, still crashing.
The splash screen says checking licenses.
I re installed both WL 11.1 and e Licenser (latest)
Still crashing
