Wavelab 12 Cannot save preset for Individual plugins in the Montage

Hi Guys,
In WaveLAB 12 , I cannot “save a preset as” for individual plug ins such as Frequency , Master Rig etc… the I’m in a montage. I can save the plug in chain for that clip, but for some reason not the individual plug in… Am I missing a step??? When I click on the “save preset as” nothing happens… no dialogue box to save…

Thanks PG1 for your quick reply. Yes that is what was happening… HOWEVER I did not check the Global settings!! Thank you … I’ll check that out… I knew I was missing something!!!

Hi PG1… Sorry about the last reply… I looked at the Global setting and they are just like you have in your last reply … Still I cannot save an individual plug in preset. I can save the chain but not the individual…

Therefore I reiterate: You mean, that nothing happens when you click there?

Yes, Nothing happens!!

If nothing happens, this is very likely because WaveLab is not able to write at this location (here for the Frequency plugin):

\Documents\VST3 Presets\Steinberg Media Technologies or \Documents\VST3 Presets\Steinberg Media Technologies\Frequency

Please verify this by yourselves.

Thanks PG1 … This is happening on all the plug ins including Master rig. I’ll check out the documents…Thanks again
