I know there are other topics already, but my question differs. I upgraded my WL 7 to 11.2 when the sale happened not long ago, and I thought I had used a trail, but maybe I was mistaken. I am wondering if I am eligible for a grace period, or just missed it, as I really would like to use this program, but I just bought a Wavelab upgrade, Cubase pro and 13 upgrades, cubasis, Spectralayers, and Dorico Pro in just the last few momths, so it’s a little beyond budget, but I really do want it if at all possible. Thank you if anyone has any insight.

The Steinberg help center says that the grace period for WaveLab 12 started after 26 December 2023. If you redeemed your WaveLab 11.2 code before then, you are out of luck.

Sigh, that is so frustrating, and it looks like if I had used the correct trial I would have been fine as I would have activated after that. I accidentally got a trial to spectralayers somehow even though I owned the pro product. Well I hope there is a sale in the future, not really feeling like spending another $100

Hello, in the Sale in December we granted 40% off the regular price. If this would’ve been in the Grace Period, it would mean another discount (free update to 12) on top of a discount (40% off in the Sale). Unfortunately, we cannot provide two discounts at the same time. Thanks for your understanding.
