Not sure about this - but do we need Mac OSX 10.8+ to run Wavelab 8.5?
Is Wavelab 8.5 compatible with Mac OSX 10.75?

Wavelab 8.5 is not officially supported for 10.7. W8.5 is supported for 10.8 and 10.9 http://www.steinberg.net/index.php?id=downloads_wl85&L=1
