I do not want the markers to be selected at all. Other than renaming them from the Alt+K window, I do not see a need for that selection. Maybe it also helps to find out which marker user previously moved. It is quite distracting, because they are not constant till the user decides. Also, unlike other markers, this marker is moved from two places one from the editor and from the loop editor.
However, selecting generic and other markers was a valuable addition as it helps in many ways - renaming, deleting, changing marker type etc.
