Could someone kindly decipher this crash report please and give me some insight as to why the same Montage keeps crashing upon re-opening?

This crash log is unfortunately not useful.
Probably a certain plugin, but I don’t know how to read crash reports really.
It could be a plugin in the montage itself, or in the master section depending upon different variables.
If you recently started using a new plugin, or updated a plugin, it’s probably that. You could delete it from your VST3 folder (at least temporarily) to at least get the montage to open and triage from there.
Wasn’t there an option recently added to open montages in “Safe” mode with no plugins loaded?
This option was introduced in WaveLab 12, and the crash happens on WaveLab 11 apparently.
Ah, then maybe the best option is to guess which recently added or updated plugin is presumably causing the crash and manually delete it from the VST2 or VST3 folder so WaveLab can’t try to load it.
That’s where I’d start.
