I am using Cubase and I also own the Wavelab LE version.
I am looking to upgrade that version to Elements at least.
I have 2 questions that I cannot find any answers to on the Steinberg website or on the forums.
Does Wavelab elements have any presets for Masterrig? Yes, I know there is no one size fits all mastering chain… but I have also been testing T-Racks, which has a lot of presets and they often are a good starting point to adjust, especially when you are not a mastering expert.
I have read on this forum that there are some presets in Masterrig but not a lot? Can somebody who owns the software confirm this?
Second thing is that on the Steinberg product page it does say Wavelab elements does include Restorerig, but they marked it as “limited” as compared to the pro version. But then there is no information anywhere as to how its limited.
Does anybody know the differences?
