Wavelab Elements 9 Can't open menu or settings

Running Wavelab Elements 9 (64bit), just installed it with the exe file downloaded from the steinberg website.

When it starts I can open the FILEBROWSER, MASTER SECTION and the Meters.

But when I click New Project, Open Project, Global settings, VST settings etc nothing happens.

I’ve tried to install the 32 bit version, I’ve tried installing an older version of Elements 9, I’ve made sure the E-Licencer works.

Please help me.

Are you using version 9.0.25?
In the Workspace menu, there is a command “Reset Layout”.
