I have installed today Wave Lab Go 13.0.20 in spanish
The links for opening webhelp are broken as they are pointing to spanish web help that it seems to not exist:

If I change “es” for “en” for the second link I can read the manual in english:
The first link seems to not work even when I change “es” for “en”
Seems to me the links within WaveLab are not updated yet to match the current webhelp.
The first link would now probably be:

Further, as you are using WaveLab 13, there is indeed a specific webhelp for this newer version (whatever the differences may be):

Also it looks like the webhelp for WaveLab Go (either version) is only available in English. Only Elements and Pro offer a multilingual webhelp.
I will notify this to the manual department of Steinberg.
