Wavelab Pro 11.1 crashes with CMC driver on Apple Silicon

Hi.
WaveLab Pro 11.1 crashes with CMC driver on Apple Silicon.
I use CMC-TP with Cubase, but I want to use WaveLab with Apple Silicon native mode.
Do you have any solutions?

(console log)
Error loading /Library/Application Support/Steinberg/Components/cmc_extension_u.bundle/Contents/MacOS/cmc_extension_u: dlopen(/Library/Application Support/Steinberg/Components/cmc_extension_u.bundle/Contents/MacOS/cmc_extension_u, 0x0106): tried: β€˜/Library/Application Support/Steinberg/Components/cmc_extension_u.bundle/Contents/MacOS/cmc_extension_u’ (fat file, but missing compatible architecture (have β€˜x86_64,i386’, need β€˜arm64e’))

With Cubase in Apple Silicon mode?
Do you use the latest driver? Apparently, Apple Silicon is supported.

I use Cubase in Rosetta2 mode, because CMC is not supported Apple Silicon native mode.
I use latest driver.

Run WaveLab in Rosetta mode, disable the CMC support in the preferences, then quit, then run in Apple Silicon mode again.
