This means you must have installed in the past a software utility that may mess up the registry settings for CD access.
No idea how to fix.
The Drive is listed but I cannot see any cda files listed.
Files are listed in Foobar2000 and SoundForge Pro?
Not in Wavelab.

Owell ,Wavelab 14 Pro broken when importing Audio Cds on windows 11 Pro.
It works very well on a clean Windows 11 system.

Cubase Pro 14 sees the cd files but Wavelab Pro 12 does not.
Strange.
So you are not supposed to import Audio cds with Wavelab?
I have just done it using Wavelab (Windows 11 and Wavelab 12) and it works without any issues.

Soundforge has a box saying “Import Audio tracks from Cd” which you click which makes it more intuitive.
what is unintuitive with “File→Import” and click on “Audio-CD”? It imports the complete CD
Not here when I do that same thing.
BUT ,the funny thing is in CUBASE Pro 14,the CD drive is Seen and I can select,play or import any ticked track.
Now why can Cubase see the Audio CD but not Wavelab?
WaveLab uses the Gear technology, which is pretty stable in all configurations. For some reason, and I am sorry for you, it does not work on your Windows 11 operating system. This is a very rare situation caused by previously installed CD recording software that does not respect the Windows system properly. I must say this is hard to track down the root cause of this.
There are alternate software options, even free software, that you can use for this. Now please stop spoiling this forum with tens of messages about this problem.
I have started to delete some of your posts and I will continue if you repeat the same thing.
