Wavelab Pro 12 crashing on startup

Hey crew…Wavelab Pro 12 just started crashing for me on startup, every single time. Have tried reinstalling, trashing the general preferences, none of it works. Cannot open any templates, montages that already exist, or even just a blank montage.

Wavelab 11 opens fine.

Any ideas? I have tried reinstalling twice, trashing the general preferences, etc. Not sure what to do. I’m on OSX 12.5.1. Need a pretty quick fix if anyone knows it!

Hi!

Is macOS Monterey the latest one I mean the update?
Have it run before or maybe it’s a plug-in issue?
I’m sure others in here have ideas what it can be…

Not on the latest OS (I generally wait a while before moving over).

Was running totally fine yesterday across multiple montages and projects!

Thinking it’s not a plug-in issue because it does it even when loading a totally blank montage from no template with no plug-ins on it!

Not quite sure, it is curious. Might be time to update the OS but I’m afraid haha…

Accorinding to your crash log, I don’t think you trashed the preferences.

Try to delete this folder:
/Users/YourName/Library/Preferences/WaveLab Pro 12/Presets/WindowLayout4/
